Meet Dr. Courtney Carmack, Our Little Rock Chiropractor
Dr. Courtney Carmack was born and raised near La Crosse, WI. She completed her undergraduate studies in Biochemistry, Cell and Molecular Biology at Drake University in Des Moines, IA where she graduated Summa Cum Laude in 3 years. She attended chiropractic school at Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, MN, also earning honors. After completing two internships in Denver, CO and Chicago, IL she relocated to Little Rock, AR in 2012 to impact the health of the community in Central Arkansas. What gets her excited is potential- living to 100% of your God-given potential, not just existing. Most people don’t realize how much pain and health issues interfere with their joy. A quote by Christopher Reeve inspired Dr. Carmack to name her practice “Hope” Family Chiropractic. It states “once you choose hope, anything is possible.”
Dr. Carmack lost her husband Ryan suddenly in January 2026. Through the pain of grief, she has been able to re-evaluate what she treasures most in life. She treasures serving God by spending time with her boy-girl twins born in July 2022 and helping those in her community live a pain-free life. She also enjoys golfing, hiking, cycling, and reading.
